In the midst of the Albian Invasion of Novoselic, a nefarious plot came to fruition in the city of Grohl. A council of royal aides, ideologues and disillusioned Novosel soldiers had plans to depose the monarchy, and replace it with a dictatorship under the demon Samaira. This cult, known as the Gesellschaft, occupied Weidelsburg Castle, the seat of Novoselic's power, on the fifth of April, 1910, as Albian forces put the city under siege.
The king, Kurt Sobieslaw, was injured heavily in the resulting crisis, and his daughter Sonia took a bullet to the shoulder. In the midst of stopping this crisis, the legendary Hunter, Ingfried Kriegmonte, demonstrated a power that had been thought lost to time: The Drachenauge.
Ingfried used the power of Siegfried's legacy to destroy the Gesellschaft, impaling Samaira's human body - a corpse taken from a young girl - and ripping the demonic presence out. Less than two weeks later, she would rip the heart from the Albian Navy as well.
The body used in Samaira's coup was taken to the Royal Institute for Beast Research, and eventually used in the creation of the second artificial consciousness, Sabea.
