Novosel Peasants' Uprising

Though the Nowy Cel was long considered a success, the Germanic Kingdoms that made up the new nation of Novoselic still had their own problems. The smallfolk, the peasants and artisans that made up most of the population, were still unhappy with their rulers, both the old kings and the new. Due to the widespread suppression of these events, the exact timeline of the Novosel Peasant Uprising is unknown, but such figures as Florian Geyer made their name fighting against the corruption inherent in the monarchy, and leftist movements within Novoselic continued to invoke the uprising in their rhetoric centuries later.
