After fighting off the bosses, MC decides to continue looking for her family. She heads into the next area where she hears someone calling for help. She rushes to help them slay the monsters. After talking to them she realizes they are a Guardian of the ruins they are in. The MC and Guardian walk to an abandoned house(where the Guardian lives). In this area there are more monsters that need to be slayed before the Guardian can open the entrance to the underwater map.

Notes: After thinking through this more, I am thinking after defeating the monsters that are guarding the pool portal. What exactly are the MC's motivations for going down into the underwater maps?

Continued revision: After the MC and Guardian slay the monsters guarding the pool portal, they talk more and the Guardian realizes that the MC is from a famous family. The guardian then makes a deal with the MC. If the MC will venture down into the underwater map and retrieve a key, then the Guardian will tell the MC more about their family's past.
